FORGE ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and any name you provide.
Health and fitness data: We store the data you choose to enter, including workouts, meals, weight logs, and check-ins. This data is stored securely and is only accessible to you.
Device data: We may collect general device information (device type, OS version) for analytics and bug fixing. We do not collect precise location data.
Apple Health data: If you grant permission, FORGE can read workout data from Apple Health. We only read data you explicitly authorise. We do not write health data back to Apple Health.
Usage data: We collect anonymised usage statistics to improve the app (e.g. which features are used most).
FORGE uses OpenAI's GPT-4o to power AI coaching features. When you send a message to your FORGE Coach, relevant context from your profile (name, goals, calorie targets, weight) may be included in the request to personalise your coaching. Messages are processed by OpenAI in accordance with OpenAI's privacy policy.
FORGE Coach is not a medical service. AI responses are for general wellness and fitness guidance only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional for medical decisions.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (a PostgreSQL-based cloud database with row-level security). Your health data is protected at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption.
Access to your data is strictly limited to your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.

FORGE is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
