Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FORGE FIT application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using FORGE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

FORGE FIT is a health and fitness app that provides AI-powered coaching, workout tracking, and nutrition logging features. FORGE offers a free tier and a paid "FORGE Pro" subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use FORGE. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

3. Not Medical Advice

FORGE is not a medical service. The AI coach, workout plans, and nutrition guidance are for general wellness and fitness purposes only. Nothing in FORGE constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health regimen.

Peptide information in the app is provided for general educational purposes only. FORGE does not encourage or facilitate the purchase or use of controlled substances. Always consult a licensed medical professional regarding peptide use.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

FORGE Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription managed through Apple's App Store. The following terms apply:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
• A 7-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers. Unused trial time is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Only one free trial per Apple ID.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout and may vary by region.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FORGE for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the App or its APIs
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use AI coaching to seek emergency medical advice (call emergency services in an emergency)
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content within FORGE — including UI design, AI responses, exercise library, and nutritional data — is owned by or licensed to FORGE FIT. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of FORGE is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the personal health data you enter into the App. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Apple HealthKit and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FORGE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content, nutritional data, or exercise information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FORGE FIT and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and FORGE FIT only, not Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App. In the event of any App failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the applicable purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FORGE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
